What happens when my trial runs out?
Once you have used all 3 Concept Explainer sessions, that tool is locked until you choose a paid plan. The Summarizer, quizzes, Document Explorer and other tools are available on paid plans. You will not lose any saved work.
Do I need a card to try Kemnile?
No. You can create an account and use your trial sessions without payment details. You only enter them when you decide to upgrade.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. After cancelling, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and then your account reverts. There are no extra charges.
What is included in the Family plan?
The Family plan covers up to 4 student accounts under one subscription. A parent or guardian gets a separate dashboard to view each student's progress, set study reminders and manage usage, for one flat monthly price.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing costs 20% less than paying monthly. Use the billing switch at the top of this page to see annual prices.
Is Kemnile appropriate for younger students?
Kemnile is built for students in grades 6 to 12. Responses are written for the grade level on the account, personal data is never sold, and the Family plan lets parents follow progress and usage.
